Your orders are submitted to the HBT Ordering Department, and it may take up to 24-48 hours for them to confirm.
Once our team receives confirmation, we promptly upload the attachments to Smartsheet to verify your order. The Project Managers associated with those projects are notified immediately after the upload.
For additional details, please refer to the respective project folders located on your N Drive.
Information regarding Tracking Numbers, Delivery Dates, Vendors, Lead Times, and other relevant details can be found in the Procurement Log for each project on Smartsheet.
